White Tulip is an Indian brand offering eco-friendly, bamboo-based and vegan tissue products including facial tissues, kitchen tissues, toilet tissues, and napkins. Our products are made from sustainable, cruelty-free, and plant-based materials.

3. Products

All products listed on whitetulip.in are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or update any product at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.

5. Orders & Pricing

All prices on the Website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. White Tulip reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will receive a full refund if payment has already been processed.

6. Payment

We accept payments through methods listed at checkout, which may include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All transactions are processed securely. White Tulip does not store your full payment details.

7. No Returns & No Refunds

All sales are final. White Tulip does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, given the hygiene-sensitive nature of our tissue and napkin products.

Refunds will be considered ONLY in the following limited circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product — with photographic proof submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You received the wrong product — notified within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Your order was not delivered — verified by our logistics team.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. White Tulip's decision on refund eligibility is final.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on whitetulip.in including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software is the exclusive property of White Tulip and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Tulip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Website. Our maximum liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
